Following the rejection of Evelyn Joshua as the successor of late T.B. Joshua who was the founder of Synagogue Church of all Nations. It was gathered that church members rejected Evelyn Joshua as the succesor of her husband who was the general overseer and founder of Synagogue Church of all Nations.
After the appointment of Evelyn Joshua as the new leader of Synagogue Church of all Nations, SCOAN, she has has spoken in a video that surfaced on social media platform, Instagram. This marks her first speech or address as the new leader of Synagogue Church of all Nations.
She said after her husband Temitope Balogun Joshua died on the 5th of June, 2021, life has been challenging. She also encouraged all members of the SCOAN to be strong because they must continue from where T.B. Joshua left the baton.
However, she said that she is not the general overseer of SCOAN because her husband, late T.B. Joshua remains the general overseer and she advocated for peace to reign. She said: “I am not your general overseer. My husband and our dear father, the prophet of generations, Senior Prophet T.B. Joshua remains the founder and general overseer of the SCOAN”.
